The diary of a dreamer

Heh.. so i was in a naughty mood today..

And i pulled a prank on my workmate. I made him think there's a ghost haunting the bookshop. Hehe, it was funny to see him get freaked out.

.Boredom can do bad things to even the quietest person..

I got GIVEN a new laptop.

Yes, thats right, you read correctly. my employer can't work it, and he knows that i'm a computer geek, so he gave it to me. He also said that since work is always so quiet at the moment (we get all of two people in on a daily basis), we can use our laptops in work. I've been spamming my workmate for the past half hour, it's funny.

On a slightly down note.. I start university again in two weeks. It'll be good to see the friends i don't live with again but.. eh.. i'm getting a bad feeling on how it will go.

This makes me laugh every time.. Watch it and then let me know what you think please..

Today was just a teensy bit pointless. I had the day off work, and rather then spend today in my PJs watching films (which still sounds extremely inviting to me), i agreed to go with my friend to a local shopping mall and help her shop for a dress to wear at her mother's wedding. It's all a bit emotional for her I guess, but what happened can';t be excused. I gave my honest opinions, and she ended up flinging down the dresses she had tried on in a huff and walking off. Since I was the one that drove, and I couldn't leave her there, i spent fourd HOURS on my own. Since i have no money in my account right now (all of £20) i couldn't exactly go wild. When she eventually turned up again, we drove home in a huffy silence, and she left without saying goodbye. So.. yes.. today was utterless pointless, frustrating and tiring.

On what i could call my kitten?

I brought her two days ago, and i've only just realised, i've been calling her 'kitten' since then.

She's a black cat (Unlucky for some ), extremely hyperactive (my mum's going spare because her curtains are being clawed) and she's already developed a fasination with my brothers tropical fish.

So, name ideas?

Have you ever noticed how completely idiotic some young people can be??

Just a example.. I work in a local bookstore, and all these kids that need to buy books for their courses have been coming in recently. The other day, a group of, say, 15 youths came in and were pushing each other and laughing and things like that. I work with a guy, but he is a complete wimp, so i ended up going over and asking them to quieten down a bit. Just because of that i got completely verbally abused. What is it that makes them beleive they can act like that? Safety in numbers? Yob culture? Sheer arrogance more like..

I have a lot of opinions. And i love films and music. Most of what i write will probably be reviews for music and films, or rant sessions about stupid people or things i hate.
